What we collect
When you browse, we process the page request, necessary device information and anonymised security signals. The tasting guide does not require your name, phone number or WeChat ID.
If you submit a tea note, we collect your nickname, optional tea name and message. A one-way source hash may be retained for rate limiting; the original address is not published.
How we use it
Information is used to show public tea products, provide tasting guidance, handle voluntary consultation, review notes, protect interfaces and improve the site.
Tea notes are displayed only after human review and your display consent. We do not automatically add contributors to a marketing list or send messages.
Storage and deletion
We keep information for the shortest period needed for the stated purpose. You may request access, correction or deletion through the human tea consultant entry, except where a record must be retained by law.
Security
Access controls, rate limiting, encrypted storage, human review, audit records and backup recovery help protect information. Access is limited to the responsibilities of each administrator or service component.
